Delivery conditions in Germany:

The direct delivery to end consumers will be sent by parcel with DHL from an order value of €75,- postage and packaging costs free (exception: cash on delivery, here will be an additional charge of €5,- , DHL charges the customer an additional €2,- cash on delivery fee upon payment). For orders under €75,- will be €4,90 shipping costs.
Special offers are subject to any special delivery conditions agreed upon. Delivery to your DHL packstation is possible with DHL.

For Reseller for small quantities under €150 net order value within Germany, we charge €6.07 net for shipping, packaging and insurance of the shipment by post.

Insurance:
Parcels and packages are generally insured for their full value when sent by post in Germany. Abroad, this is in accordance with the guidelines of the respective transport service provider.

Environmentally friendly packaging and shipping:

    • Compostable packaging chips: We use reusable and residue-free compostable packaging chips as filling material in our packages. These consist of 100% corn starch and water and disintegrate immediately on contact with water. The environmentally friendly packaging chips can be easily disposed of in the organic waste bin or compost. With this intelligent packaging material, we have been saving the environment a lot of plastic waste for almost 20 years now!
    • Cardboard boxes from sustainable forestry with 30% grass: We use boxes from certified manufacturers for shipping. This ensures that higher social and ecological standards are adhered to when manufacturing the shipping boxes. In addition, we now use packaging made from wood from sustainable forestry and 30% grass. The grass, which comes from unused compensatory areas in the region, not only saves wood, water and energy, but also a lot of climate-damaging CO2. In this way, we support the protection of forests and the climate. For the benefit of people, animals and the environment.
    • Recycling of packaging: By recycling packaging made of paper, cardboard and carton that we put into circulation during shipping, we actively contribute to conserving resources and saving greenhouse gases – to protect the environment and climate.
    • Climate-neutral shipping: We ship our packages climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen. By choosing GoGreen, we ensure that all greenhouse gases generated during transport are offset by climate protection projects. In this way, we make an important contribution to climate protection every day!
