Barriers due to economic unreasonableness
Some barriers on our website cannot be removed in the short term for reasons of economic reasonableness. Subsequent adaptation of this content would require disproportionately high expenditure. However, new content will be created in accordance with current standards. Older content will be gradually updated or deleted.

Contact details of the market surveillance authority responsible for us

The Market Surveillance Authority of the Federal States for the Accessibility of Products and Services (MLBF) is to commence work in Saxony-Anhalt as a new institution under public law on 28 June 2025. The prerequisite for this is the ratification of the state treaty on the fulfilment of tasks in accordance with the Barrier-Free Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG) by all federal states.
