True black cumin (*Nigella sativa*) belongs to the buttercup family. Its valuable seeds grow in capsules that closely resemble poppy pods. Harvesting begins when the seed capsules turn light brown and the seeds have fully ripened. The harvested plants are threshed, and the seeds are cold-pressed in an oil mill. Thanks to this gentle process, the oil extracted from true black cumin contains polyunsaturated fatty acids (approximately 55% omega-6 and 22% omega-9 fatty acids), enzymes, trace elements, vitamins, and essential oils. It is no wonder, then, that hypo-A values ​​this "golden oil."

A container of hypo-A black cumin oil holds 150 capsules, each containing 490 mg of organic black cumin oil. Known for being rich in vitamin E, each capsule also contains approximately 10 mg of vitamin E in the form of natural D-tocopherol acting as an antioxidant¹.
