Make your own fitness drink for sport!

Unfortunately, most ready-made energy and fitness drinks contain countless chemical additives that can make the intestines and ultimately the whole body ill.

Performing athletes in particular should never burden themselves with such unnecessary chemicals!

Here is an alternative recipe. The entire contents of the specified capsules are used.

Competitive athletes in particular should never burden themselves with such unnecessary chemicals! Here is an alternative recipe. The entire contents of the specified capsules are used in each case.

Recipe for our competitive athletes:Dissolve the following substances or the contents of the capsules in ½ litre of organic apple juice while shaking vigorously. Then top up to approx. 1 litre with still or sparkling, clear water, depending on taste.
  • 5-8 capsules of magnesium-calcium
  • 4 capsules of potassium spe
  • 3-5 capsules of acerola zinc
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey according to taste and sport

Endurance athletes with transition zones drink a slightly more concentrated solution at one point. At 2 to 3 other support points, pure drinking water dilutes the relatively high concentration of nutrients in the stomach and also provides the athlete with sufficient fluids.

You are welcome to experiment yourself to determine the optimum mixing ratio for your personal requirements.

If possible, you should eat a snack before drinking - then the zinc it contains is better tolerated.
