The Wellness Package is a broad combination of essential nutrients that supports the body in many different functions. These include the trace elements zinc, selenium, manganese, and chromium, the minerals magnesium and calcium, and the polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
Since our body can only produce a small amount of EPA and DHA from plant-based foods such as linseed oil or walnuts, their supply is best achieved through fatty cold-water fish such as salmon, mackerel, or herring.
