The ,,Feel-Good Pack“ is a broad-based combination of essential nutrients that support the body in many different functions. It includes the trace elements zinc, selenium, manganese and chromium, the minerals magnesium and calcium as well as the polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
As our body can only produce a small amount of EPA and DHA itself from plant-based foods such as linseed oil or walnuts, the best way to obtain them is from high-fat cold-water fish such as salmon, mackerel or herring.
